1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Planbet platform — whether through the website, mobile browser, or the Planbet app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Planbet.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using Planbet immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility
