Account

Creating a Planbet account is quick and straightforward. Go to planbet.games and click the Register button in the top right corner. Enter your mobile number, choose a strong password, and submit the form. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your phone — enter it to verify your number and your account is ready. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. You must be 18 years or older to register.

On the Login page, click Forgot Password. Enter the mobile number linked to your account and you will receive an OTP. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact our support team at [email protected] for manual verification.

No. Planbet allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended and any winnings being forfeited. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, please contact support rather than creating a new one.

Account verification is required before your first withdrawal. Log in to your Planbet account, go to Profile > Verification, and upload a clear photo of your National ID card (NID) — front and back. Verification is usually completed within 2–4 hours during business hours. Verified accounts also benefit from faster withdrawal processing.

For security reasons, changes to your registered mobile number or full name require manual verification.
